We're so excited to have you camping with us at the ranch! To help everything run smoothly, here are a few important details:

Please plan to arrive during one of these windows:

- June 13 | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

- OR after the pig roast (June 13) | 9:30 PM onward

- June 14 | 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

If you're unable to arrive between 2 and 5 PM on June 13, we kindly ask that you wait until after the pig roast or the morning of June 14.

- Everyone must be off the property by 11:00 AM on June 16.

- Please take all garbage with you when you leave – there will be no on-site disposal. Let’s all do our part to keep the ranch beautiful!

- There are no hookups, so please fill your water tank beforehand.

- Portable washrooms are available on site.

- No showers at the ranch, so plan accordingly!

- Please follow all load-in directions when arriving at the ranch.

- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM – no generators during this time, please.

- No pets allowed on the property – please make arrangements for your furry friends before the event.

Day parking is in the field to the right of the white house when you come down the driveway.

We have two designated smoking areas:

1. The fire pit in the camping area

2. Beside the barn

**Please do not smoke outside of these areas.

Please respect all property rules – including noise, smoking, and pet restrictions. Any infractions could impact our security deposit. We’re so grateful for your help in keeping this weekend joyful and smooth for everyone!
